Master Plan Progression:
Step 1: Land Analysis: After your preliminary consultation, we will send a site evaluator or multiple depending on the size of your property and scope of the project. They will be taking pictures and videos while also completing a series of measurements and calculations.

Step 2: Design process: We will create an initial design and a detailed project description based on your goals, onsite factors/conditions and the contextual assessment of your specific area. This a "rough draft" that will be submitted to you for review and feedback.

Step 3: Final draft: Following any revisions and updates to your design, we'll refine and define a working finalized draft for you alongside a phased implementation plan which includes explanations of all processes involved tailored to your needs and your land's requirements.

Step 4: Install and buildout: begin construction based on your specific master plan which can be completed by our team or a landscaper of your choice.
